Our Approach
Recently, in the face of new and emerging competition, NTUC Enterprise’s FairPrice Group (FairPrice, Foodfare and Kopitiam,) were finding it difficult to be more relevant to customers.
We were tasked to change that perception by showing the people of Singapore that what matters to them, matters to us too when it comes to the world of food. And to get our message out we went back to what was really important to most people in Singapore – families.
